Online Registration

Before you continue, you will need the following things to make the process quick and easy.

Also, you must be the parent or legal guardian registering the camper/s. Campers are not allowed to register themselves unless they are 18 years of age.

  • To pay with credit card, you will need your Visa, Master Card or American Express
  • To pay by check, you will need your checkbook
  • Insurance Card to provide insurance information
  • If you are a member of US Lacrosse, you will need your ID# found on the lacrosse magazine label near your name and address, if you are not a member...don't worry
  • Email & all phone contact information for both parents if possible, we need at least one correct email address for a parent of each camper

If your son is a returning camper, please print out the returning camper discount form.

After payment through PayPal, do NOT close out of your browser until you are redirected back to the confirmation page on Fastbreak.
